Service Description
A one hour session with enough time to address a specific area of the body using a combination of Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue. Ideal for chronically overworked bodies and minds. This massage incorporates all of the above elements of my massage along with multiple therapeutic techniques to target and relieve areas of chronic pain, tightness, stiffness, or imbalance. Session techniques and modalities include, but are not limited to: Trigger Point release, acupressure, hot/cold therapy, KT Taping, advanced stretching, aromatherapy and energywork. (If there is no availability during your preferred time, please contact me directly and I can try to accommodate your schedule manually.)
Cancellation Policy
Currently, Work of Heart- Healing Touch understands that plans can, and often do, change at a moment's notice. While I do not currently charge a cancellation fee, I ask for your compassion and understanding of other clients who may be waiting for your time slot. Please cancel/reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment if possible.
