Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that is accepted worldwide as a gentle, holistic healing modality. Reiki studies have shown it to be so effective that even hospitals, hospices, and the VA (Veterans Affairs) now widely accept this as a complementary wellness avenue to Western Medicine. The beauty of Reiki is that it works within your existing belief system, or even devoid of one, to reduce stress, promote physical healing, and encourage mental health & wellness. Adding Reiki to the end of a deeply therapeutic massage session is a fantastic way to relax and heal body, mind, and spirit in one session! Abby Malvestuto is a Holy Fire III Human & Animal Usui Reiki Master certified through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), trained directly under Colleen Benelli, who trained directly under William Rand.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this session I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their session without incurring a fee as long as they give at least 24hrs notice. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice incur a fee of 50% of the session charge. No-shows are responsible for the full price of the session. Rescheduling within 24hrs of the appointment incurs a $15 fee. Privacy Policy: No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18.
