Specializing in Pain Management
As a licensed massage therapist specializing in therapeutic & orthopedic/medical massage techniques for chronic pain, post-op recovery, and injury, I saw first-hand the effect that intense pain can have on the mind and spirit of both humans and animals. As a result, I chose to expand my practice to incorporate my training as an ICRT Certified Holy Fire III/Usui Reiki Master & ICRT Certifed Animal Reiki Master as a means to encompass a more holistic healing approach and address the body, mind, and spirit of my clients as ONE.
Therapeutic & Medical Massage
Used to offer deep relaxation or pinpoint areas of intense pain, these massages incorporate gentle yet effective techniques to relax, renew, manage pain, or even help to restore range of motion and mobility. Certain sessions are eligible for HSA, Insurance reimbursement, and VA Benefits.
Reiki Healing
Developed in Japan, Reiki is a Biofield healing technique focused around stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki's goal is to signal the parasympathetic nervous system (especially during times of intense emotion), and trigger the body's own innate ability to heal more effectively. Clients report feelings of pain reduction, heat, tingling, pressure, and euphoria- often without being touched. Animals respond particularly well to Reiki!
Reiki Classes
Get trained in the art and science of this Japanese Biofield Healing modality as taught through the International Center for Reiki Training! Classes for Holy Fire III/Usui Reiki and Animal Reiki for levels 1, 2, and Master will prepare each student to be a confident healer personally and professionally.
