Make no mistake, the practitioners and services offered at Work of Heart are geared entirely towards wellness goals.

Orthopedic massage takes Therapeutic massage to the next level and uses techniques from any and all modalities in combination with Orthopedic tests and techniques for the purpose of bringing balance back into the physical body. These sessions focus on relieving tension, softening scar tissue, releasing stuck fascia, and identifying areas of muscle weakness/imbalance in order to have LONG LASTING (often permanent) effects on areas of chronic pain, especially when combined with other wellness programs. Clients often report significant increases in mobility and significant decreases in pain/stiffness/tension in a single session! BOOK NOW

Massage clients are asked to dress down to their comfort level, bearing in mind that any articles of clothing or jewelry left on during a session will get massage oil/lotion on them. Clients usually wear underwear or shorts, and will remain fully draped under warm blankets except for the areas being worked on. PLEASE DO NOT BE NAKED ON MY TABLE.

For new client sessions, PLEASE WEAR GYM CLOTHES! It is very important that an accurate baseline is established during your new client session, and assessments are exponentially harder if you are wearing jeans or office clothes since we are going to be testing your range of motion, gait, and posture.
