What do I wear to my massage appt?

Accepted Answer

Massage clients are asked to dress down to their comfort level, bearing in mind that any articles of clothing or jewelry left on during a session will get massage oil/lotion on them. Clients usually wear underwear or shorts, and will remain fully draped under warm blankets except for the areas being worked on. PLEASE DO NOT BE NAKED ON MY TABLE.

For new client sessions, PLEASE WEAR GYM CLOTHES! It is very important that an accurate baseline is established during your new client session, and assessments are exponentially harder if you are wearing jeans or office clothes since we are going to be testing your range of motion, gait, and posture.
